Dual Thyristor Module AMCMA25P-1200-TA AS ENERGITM is a replacement, analogue, alternative and for discrete semiconductor thyristor module MCMA25P1200TA IXYS, also known as Littelfuse or Westcode.
Average forward current ITAV – 25 ampere, repetitive peak reverse voltage VRRM – 1200V. The two-position thyristor-thyristor module MCMA25P1200TA have a half-bridge switching circuit (common cathode-anode).
