Three Phase Diode Bridge Rectifiers SQL

Three Phase Diode Bridge Rectifiers SQL AS ENERGITM in monolithic design, used in DC and AC circuits with loads to 250A and reverse pulse voltages up to 1600V.

The diode bridges are housed in a standard industrial case making it easy to easy integrate of the device into existing equipment.

The polarity of the terminals is indicated on the case or directly on the contacts themselves:

  • Input marked with a squiggle sign "~" — AC current is applied to these contacts;
  • DC Output marked with signs "+" and "–" — we get a pulsating direct current.

The housings of diode bridges are metal or plastic. All components inside the housing are electrically insulated with epoxy resin (compound) with a high level of fire resistance.

To smooth out the resulting pulsating current a filter is used, often a high-capacity capacitor. Cooling of the SQL rectifier bridges is provided by the heat sink design of the radiator type housing or additional installation of the product on the heat sink (cooler). The product marking, wiring diagram of diodes connection are also indicated on the case.

Three Phase Diode Bridges SQL are used in various power equipment - rectifier for power supplies; input rectifier for variable frequency drives; rectifier for DC motor field supplies; battery charger rectifiers; single phase rectifiers for power supplies; non-controlled DC motor field supply; DC power supply, for transistorized AC motor controllers.
