Dual Diode Module ASMDK950-14-N1W AS ENERGITM is a replacement, analogue, alternative and equivalent for diode module MDK950-14N1W IXYS, also known as Littelfuse or Westcode.
Average forward current IFAV – 668 ampere, repetitive peak reverse voltage VRRM – 1400V. The two-position diode-diode module MDK950-14N1W have a common cathode switching circuit (common cathode-cathode).
