Dual Diode Module ASMDD1080-18-N7 AS ENERGITM is a replacement, analogue, alternative and equivalent for diode module MDD1080-18N7 IXYS, also known as Littelfuse or Westcode.
Average forward current IFAV – 887 ampere, repetitive peak reverse voltage VRRM – 1800V. The two-position diode-diode module MDD1080-18N7 have a half-bridge switching circuit (common anode-cathode).
