Thyristor Diode Module AM-ND471825 AS ENERGITM is a replacement, analogue, alternative and equivalent for diode-thyristor module ND471825 Powerex.
Average forward current ITAV – 250 ampere, repetitive peak reverse voltage VRRM – 1800V. The two-position diode-thyristor module have a SCR/diode doubler circuit (positive control).
The diode-thyristor modules are characterized by high electrical and thermal cycling capability, meaning high reliability and long lifetime in intensive operation modes. The diode-thyristor modules are housed in a industry-standard housing making it easy to integrate the device into existing equipment.
