Single Diode Module AM-CS412299C AS ENERGITM is a replacement, analogue, alternative and equivalent semiconductor device for normal recovery diode CS412299C Powerex. Average forward current IFAV – 100 ampere, repetitive peak reverse voltage VRRM – 2200V.
