Dual Diode Module AM-CN612616C AS ENERGITM is a replacement, analogue, alternative and equivalent semiconductor device for diode module CN612616C Powerex. Average forward current IFAV – 160 ampere, repetitive peak reverse voltage VRRM – 2600V. The two-position diode-diode module CN612616C have a common cathode switching circuit (common cathode-cathode).
