Asymmetric Thyristors ATA1237NC280 AS ENERGITM is a replacement, analogue, alternative and equivalent semiconductor device for Asymmetric Thyristors A1237NC280 IXYS.
Average forward on-state current ITAV – 1237 ampere, repetitive peak forward and reverse voltage VDRM – 2800V. Phase control thyristor are designed to convert and control DC and AC currents. "Air-cooled heatsinks O series for disc devices", "Air heatsink SF series", "Water heatsink SS series" for thyristor cooling are also available to order.
These devices are available up to a voltage of 2800V. They exhibit quick turn-on times and are capable of high values in both critical di/dt and dv/dt. For the device type, they also exhibit high current ratings in excess of 1000A. Asymmetric construction optimizes the forward losses against the turn-off losses and provides the best performance in their voltage class.
Power phase control thyristors (PCT) are also called Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR thyristors), Capsule Type Thyristors, and are optimised to give low conduction losses and are primarily intended for applications with line frequencies up to 500Hz.

Heat sinks (radiators) are used for single- and double-sided cooling of power semiconductor devices in disc design.
Heat sinks of coolers are made of aluminum radiator profiles and do not require additional protective coating when used in various climatic conditions.
